Well, we are about to kick our BRAND NEW Metier Business Programme off next month, which we are super excited about. This Programme is only open to 6 designers. We currently have 3 designers already signed up and we are looking to fill the last 3 seats.  This is primarily aimed at Interior Designers who are looking to “up their game” and improve on their existing processes in order to achieve their profit targets.

What will you get from the Metier Business Programme?

 

  • This programme is limited to 6 Interior Designers per 1 year
  • There will be monthly private 1-2-1 follow up keeping you on track (training sessions) with Antonio via telephone call.
  • There will be 4 group sessions over the year, held at the start of each quarter, run by Antonio and Siobhan.
  • Antonio will be instructing you on how to be effective!
  • Siobhan will be showing you how to be efficient with tips on streamlining your design admin!

 

 

    • Q1 – Sales Kick-off / How to Get your Design Business Organised

      • Who is my ideal client? Why should they choose me?  Where am I going to find them?
      • Review and discuss your Sales Forecast, gain guidance on what to do next.
      • Analyse your Sales Cycle
      • Identify your targets for the next 3 months
      • Looking the part and why?
        • Presentation and perception

 

    • Q2 – Sales Development / How to close the Sale

      • Review your sales activity of previous quarter. What did you achieve? What have you got lined up?
      • Analysing your process and getting feedback on tweaks to implement
      • Finetuning your pipeline of potential leads and developing your sales process
      • Asking the right questions in order to close the sale
      • Getting your back office sorted
        • Email Communications
        • Filing processes and organisation.
        • Drawing Organisation

 

    • Q3 – Refining your process

      • Review your sales activity of previous quarter. What did you achieve? What have you got lined up?
      • How to run and handle a sales meeting with a potential client
      • How to overcome objections
      • Organisation of your Business & Project Data
        • Implementing a filing structure
        • Flow charts of your processes for easy instruction to new staff
        • Back-up processes – why is this important.

 

    • Q4 – Delivery and Implementation

      • Review your sales activity of previous quarter. What did you achieve? What have you got lined up?
      • Reviewing your progress over the year.
      • What have you refined over the year? What is still missing?
      • Discussing issues that affect closing your sale
      • How are you “leaner and meaner”?
      • Setting your Sales Agenda / forecast for  2020
      • Marketing for your design business:
        • Options and typical marketing budgets
        • What is right for you and your business
        • Strategies

 

 PRACTICALITIES:

  • 3 ½ hour quarterly meetings
  • Monthly 1-2-1 telephone calls with Antonio
  • 6 interior designers (max)
  • Dates : TBC and we will ensure they suit all designers attending.
  • Location: Central London, TBC
  • Metier Member – £495.00 + VAT per quarter / £165 + VAT per month*
  • NON Metier Members – £695.00 + VAT / £231.67 + VAT per month.*

 *payable quarterly before the meetings

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE METIER BUSINESS PROGRAMME:

  • Sessions will be small, confidential and very hands-on in terms of direct interaction and feedback.
  • All attendees will be friendly fellow Interior Designers, providing peer review and support.
  • We will be taking a practical approach so bring your note book, pen, brain and the right attitude
  • You will be guided throughout by Antonio Falco, The Sales Director on How to be Effective….. and Siobhan Casey, Metier Rendezvous & Casey & Fox on How to be Efficient.

1. Register your Interest for the Metier Business Programme here ASAP. There are only 3 seats left!

 

2. Following receipt, you will be contacted by Antonio directly who will chat through the Metier Business Programme with you. This will enable you to ask any questions and clarify any queries before you commit.

 

3. Once we have mutually agreed that the Metier Business Programme is right for you, then your seat will be confirmed. An invoice will be issued to you at the start of every month commencing on 01 January 2019. Settlement is by Bank Transfer only. All payments to be made within 5 days of receiving your invoice. Please review our ‘Terms and Conditions’ which will be emailed to you with the invoice.
