Some routine is good (we'd all be chasing around like headless chickens if it we didn't have some routine in our lives), but when things become mundane and stale, we need to take action. Jaded patterns need to be disrupted - change things up a bit. Do things slightly differently. Introduce some meaningful options to certain aspects of a project, that can ignite creativity, excitement and energy; learn something new be it a practical skill or just a new way of working; be curious about your business - find a new product or supplier, consider different ways of presenting ideas or achieving a goal. We are the catalyst for change - remember fun is an inside job! There's been some craziness with the weather this There's been some craziness with the weather this past few days - glorious sunshine to rather chilly temperatures - but Spring really is here, summer almost so. And we just loved this image of a Spring-themed bathroom -the warm colours of the wallpaper with the climbing flowers, and the gorgeous hydrangeas complimenting it.
