This prestigious industry accolade is very well-deserved by the guys at Cuckfield and we are so very excited for them! There are clear reasons why Cuckfield Bathrooms gained such an award. Based in Sussex, Cuckfield Bathrooms are a bathroom design and supply service with a wealth of industry experience and a diverse range of products. They offer bespoke services to their clients, including a free-of-charge 3D design service and pre-order site visits which is especially relevant for Interior Designers. Not to mention the excellent customer service skills from Jim and his team Jobe & Jodie! It is no secret amongst Metier Members that Cuckfield are renowned for always going the extra mile for their Interior Designer clients.
Moving Premises!
Cuckfield Bathrooms’ success over the last few years has meant the swift need for expansion. Originally in smaller premises, their successes meant that they quickly outgrew them. Consequently, they recently moved to the impressive building we see today, at the Clockhouse in Cuckfield. The new premises is approximately 350 years old, and boasts floor-to-ceiling display windows on both floors. Impressively, they also have a wood-burning stove in the centre of the downstairs showroom.
“We wanted to create an inspirational showroom,” Jim Henning, owner of Cuckfield Bathrooms says, “where our clients would feel comfortable in the knowledge that our team will design a bathroom to suit their need. Homely with a touch of elegance.”
Traditional Meets Contemporary
Set across two floors, the showroom features beautiful bathroom fittings with both a traditional and a contemporary feel. The downstairs is styled with a classic theme and the upstairs offers a more contemporary vibe. As a result, the zones enable clients to help visualise the fixtures and the ambience.
“Downstairs, in the centre of the showroom, we’ve featured a beautiful Ashton and Bentley freestanding bath. The matt finish works well in both a traditional or contemporary setting, which creates a good flow from the traditional brands on the ground floor of the showroom, such as Samuel Heath, Porter Vanities and THG, to the modern feel of the upper level of the showroom, where we have brands such as Catalano, Artelinea and Bette.” Furthermore, Cuckfield also cater for the uber high-end customer with a contemporary display by Inbani of Spain.
